1.1 Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.1 Except in exceptional cases there is no cancellation of the order but the customer will have the opportunity to replace the item by varying size/ model or choosing different items for the same amount of the order, including through the issuance of a coupon.
2.2 Santillo cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
2.3 In any case, the submission of the request by the customer must be approved by Santillo. The refund will take place within 10 working days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Exchanges
2.4 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
3. Shipping returns
3.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3.2 The customer must bear the shipping costs, including all costs of customs clearance, which will be at his expense, for the return of the product, as charged by the postal service or courier chosen by the customer.
3.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
3.4 If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
