1. The commercial policy of santillo
1.1 Santillo have offered for sale on the site santillo1970.com their products and conduct electronic-commerce with regard to end- users (or as regards the BUYERS AREA for B2B users such as distributors marketplaces and retail shops registered regularly in the dedicated section). Santillo reserves the right not to accept and not to proceed to purchase proposals that are not received by consumers and users, however, which do not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of the purchase of products on the site between users of the website and the vendor.
1.3 These Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services and / or sale of products by anyone other than Santillo, which are on Santillo.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. And recommended for the user, prior to purchase of goods and / or services offered for sale by these third parties, controls the general conditions of sale as Santillo not will be responsible for the provision of services and / or the sale of goods and / or the conclusion of any other transaction between users and commercial electronics such third parts.
2. How to Buy (acceptance of Terms and Conditions, Privacy)

2.8 The e-mail confirmation of the order and shipment contains a summary of legal information already contained in the order form (2.4).
2.9 Any product which has not been given confirmation of shipment because it is unavailable, is not part of the purchase contract; in case of ordered products and resulted not available at the time of shipping, santillo1970 will refund the buyer the price of the product within 30 days of the order date.
3. Prices and availability of products

3.5 In case of payment by credit card, the financial information provided by the buyer at the time the order (number of credit card / debit card, expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to PayPal which provides electronic payment services, without any other third party gains access to it. Santillo will use this information only to complete the purchase by the purchaser or to refund the amount already paid in the event of a product not available after payment, or even if it is necessary to prevent or report to police authorities any fraud perpetrated on santillo1970.com.
The sale of products on Santillo1970.com apply the rules applicable by the legislation on legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantees for consumer goods in accordance with national and Community legislation, including, in the case of purchases made by users who are Consumers (individuals who access and use this site for personal purposes, unrelated to business, professional or commercial activity) the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206). The orders are processed form Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The orders placed on saturday/sunday will be processed on next Monday. Further information on the procedures and deadlines for delivery of ordered products can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment (section 2.9).
If the ordered products on santillo1970.com were to be delivered abroad, the customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance is borne by the customer; santillo1970 can not predict the amount of such costs over which he has no control. 7. Return Policy
7.1Contact our Customer Service at the email address email@example.com and notify your intention to return. Please include the Order Number, item(s) code(s), reason for return.You will receive a Returns Authorization (RA) Number, a short form to fill in, and the documents for the package to return.
7.2The vendor will receive your package and will check that the item is conform with how it was shipped to you.
7.3 Santillo will confirm you by email that your return has been accepted. It will refund the purchase by issuing a voucher of the same value or replacement of Article within 30 days.
7.4 The item must not be worn; it has to be in the same conditions a sit was received, appropriately packaged in its original box. Original tags of the item must not be removed. The item must not have been washed or damaged in any way.
7.5 Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Returns must be within 14 days from the day of delivery. Further information on the exercise of this right can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment (section 2.9).
7.6 Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund through a voucher coupon of the same value of order, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
7.7 The customer must bear the shipping costs, including all costs of customs clearance, which will be at his expense, for the return of the product, as charged by the postal service or courier chosen by the customer.
7.8 Exept in exceptional cases there is no cancellation of the order but the customer will have the opportunity to replace the item by varying size/model or choosing different items for the same amount of the order, including trough the issuance of a coupon.
7.9 Santillo cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
7.10 In any case, the submission of the request by the customer must be approved by Santillo. The refund will take place within 10 working days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
7.11 The purchaser is obliged to inspect the goods on arrival by performing the normal checks of external requirements, technical qualities of fabrics and sizes. Complaints relating to quantity, weight, total tare, colour, or defects and defects of quality or non-conformity shall be submitted in writing with detailed description and pictures of the lot claimed and the visible defect detected, within 15 days of receipt of the same and in the case of hidden defects within 30 days of receipt of the goods. In order to be valid, the claim must be accompanied or followed up within 5 days from the sampling of goods that are considered defective.
7.12 The submission of a complaint does not exempt the Buyer from payment of invoices on the due dates; therefore any complaint will be rejected if such payments are not made.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution. Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. The place of jurisdiction in the event of any dispute will be to the City of Catanzaro – Italy.
