The wholesale goods will be delivered according to the formula “EXW” EX WORKS . The BUYER undertakes at his own expense to take delivery at the Italian warehouse of SUPPLIER and to transfer the goods at his factory. The SUPPLIER will not provide for any customs clearance or insurance costs.
